When people ask why the economy is not totally screwed and how it is possible for people to still buy things. I ask them to consider business creation. Running a business is hard but it is easier than starving. There is also a lot more money out there than any of us can imagine and people looking for a return. Below is an infographic of the creation of business from 1996 and 2011. I do not think we can read too much into this but it is certain that more people are creating businesses. I am not sure how much money it is creating but it is creating more experience than doing nothing.
