Interview: Anthony Crudele (DELI)

As many of you know I am down in Florida for the next few months.  I wanted to escape the Chicago weather and spend some time with my mentor.  We are also working on a project together.  I will let you know the details when the time is right.  Below is a short interview:

Do you believe in edges, if so what are they?

The only edge is being able to buy the bid or sell the offer.  That does not happen too often anymore.  My advantage is my trading plan with a set of rules. It protects me from myself and it gives me the ability to react quickly in any market conditions.  That is the ultimate edge.

What was the best piece of advice you were given?

99% of people that try to become traders will leave the business a loser.  Learn how to be the 1%.  That is the starting point and it is what all my energy is focused.  What it takes to succeed in trading changes but it always answers that same question.
