    guys sounds sensible to me, rather than a hefty journal, however I might put some basic steps for a checklist, ie always check for stops in place, don’t go long at resistance, etc..

    • I think it is important that it is easy and helpful to you, so you will take the time to do it right.  Thank you for watching.
