Reflections on turning 31

I didn’t accomplish everything I was capable of this year.

I have said this before but I have a fascination with pictures of people when they are young adults and a grandparent.  Thinking about what happened to them in between.  Talking with some I have found that results get closer to your goals or your goals get closer to your results.  The first is what I am striving for but it won’t be easy and without smarts and the willingness to be a little different.  I will be rewarded with a legacy that my friends and family can be proud of and an overwhelming sense of  purpose.

Without my great friends and family I would not be where I am today but without focus and urgency I will never get to my full potential.

Focus and urgency, FOCUS and URGENCY.

Talk to you guys again next year.
