The first time I was on the trading floor my heart raced, my brain was going through sensory overload, and I fell in love.
I never got the opportunity to trade on the floor. However, the first time I sat down at my trading station and the account was live I felt that same feeling. With a lot less noise and definitely less spit.
At the beginning of my career the market was entertaining. I paid admission. I made the mistake of thinking that I was paying for education. The lessons were always there I was just too busy watching the show. As I gained experienced I realized what was important. Money is important.
The market is getting busier and I am excited. I just don’t take that emotion with me into trading. If this slow painful move has taught me anything, it is that I can live with boring.
Good trades to you and keep it boring.
