Trading plans are the difference between a reaction and a decision, a win and a loss. A split second can determine a fill. The difference between selling the high tick or buying the low tick. To increase the chance of getting the best fills, it is paramount that you have a pre-determined action or reaction. You will not always get it right and it takes time to be proficient but once you do, you will see a difference.
